Return & Refund Policy for Nellambari Estate Stay

Direct Bookings:

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be subject to a 25% refund.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 24 hours before check-in or in case of no-show.

Online Platform Bookings (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com):

• For bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or Booking.com, please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking voucher.

• Each platform has its own cancellation terms, and refunds will be processed according to their policies.

Please ensure to check the cancellation terms before booking. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
